MUST VISITNaTIONAL GALLERY OF IRELANDIf you have a free afternoon in Dublin, since there are a lot of things to see, I absolutely recommend visiting the National Gallery of Ireland. With a collection of 2,500 paintings and 10,000 other works, every major European school of painting is extensively represented. You can also find a permanent collection of renowned Irish paintings. Established in 1854 but officially opened to the public in 1864, it is located in the centre of Dublin, close to Trinity College, and ready for you to visit. TRINITY COLLEGEEstablished in 1592 and located in a beautiful campus in the heart of Dublin, the university is home to 17,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students across all the major disciplines in arts and humanities as well as business, law, science and health sciences. One of the most notable alumni are Oscar Wilde, Samuel Beckett and the former president of Ireland Mary Robinson. Entering the campus you will notice amazing architecture and friendly tour guides, which are students in the university. Join the tour if you have the chance in order to fully understand the history of the university and what it has been a part of. I would also recommend visiting the Long Room that is part of the Old Library of Trinity College. With a collection of around 200,000 of the oldest books and part of the most impressive libraries in the world. Walking through it gives you a magical sensation and brings you back in time. Molly Malone You will find the statue of Molly Malone on Suffolk Street, a close walk from Trinity College and the famous Grafton Street. Molly was a fishmonger that was also a working girl that passed away from cholera that was sweeping the streets of Dublin. She has become one of the most familiar symbols of the capital of Ireland. Molly is also the tragic heroine of the song 'Cockles and Mussels' that has become the unofficial anthem of the city of Dublin. Food & Drink M.J.O’Neill’sIn the area of Temple Bar and close to the Molly Malone statue, you will also find one of the coziest pubs, M.J.O’Neill’s. Order a pint, order a tasty meal and enjoy the live music. A genuine traditional Irish pub that gives you a warm and friendly welcome. SOLE Seafood & GrillFor a great dinner experience I would absolutely recommend SOLE Seafood & Grill. First impressions were the chic interior and incredibly welcoming staff. After that I got to enjoy a taste of fresh Irish seafood and meat. Oysters are divine and steaks melt in your mouth. One of the best restaurant experiences I have had. Hope you enjoyed Part II. I have been enjoying preparing these! Have an amazing time on your Dublin trip if you are planning one. Yours, TROISANS
